Ordering & Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. ***Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled***

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

  • As soon as an order has been placed in our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was shipped incorrectly.
  • If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
  • If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
  • All customers who place orders that are shipping internationally (outside of the USA) are personally responsible for any fees that may occur through customs / the process of being imported.
  • If an order is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for covering all costs of reshipment for the package in question. Surf's Up Candle is not liable for the costs of reshipment of said order.

Only ONE discount code is allowed per transaction. Subscription Boxes, Autoships, Fundraising Candles, Buy 1 Get 1, Clearance Items and Sidewalk Sale Items will always be excluded from all coupons

 

Package Insurance

All customers are eligible to purchase package insurance through our Guide Shipping Protection. Packaging insurance is an automatically selected service that is used when an order has been lost in transit as well as when a package is displaying as delivered and is missing. Surf's Up Candle is not liable for orders that have deselected product protection.

 

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1703 Main Street, Belmar NJ. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  When you pick up your order please bring your photo ID.  You are only allowed to pick up your own order, we are unable to have someone pick up an order not under their name.   

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri & 10am-5pm Sat. & Sun. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

*ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 14 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION*

Any orders left over this time frame will be restocked and subject to a 25% restocking fee which will return to them in the form of a store credit.

 

Return Policy:

All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted. Candles may be returned for store credit only. Bath & Body Products as well as Blankets and Towels are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs.  Surf's Up Candle does not refund original or return shipping charges. Surf's Up Candle is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned. If you received flat rate shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
