All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted. Candles may be returned for store credit only.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. Surf's Up Candle does not refund original or return shipping charges. Surf's Up Candle is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned.
Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled.
